How you list off your Pokemon is up to you. When doing so, please remember the following;
1) You need to include the following information for each Pokemon;
• What species it is
• its nickname, if it has one
• Its gender
• Its Ability
• Any items it's holding
• Where/how you obtained it (please include a link to the thread/post)
• What moves it has
• Though optional, you may also give a description of their personality if you so wish 2) Sprites are nice, but not required. If you're not sure where to get sprites from, Pokemon Showdown's Pokedex is actually a great place, as it has a B/W-style custom sprites for all of the Gen VI-VIII Pokemon as well as all of the Pokemon that came before it.
3) You don't have to go out of your way to specify which Pokemon are actually in your party if you don't want to. At the beginning of each thread where there will be a battle, all you need to do is list which Pokemon you currently have on you, and that will be fine. ---- After that, in a separate post, list all of the items your character has. How you do so is up to you; just as long as you keep things up to date and we don't catch you being dishonest with how many items you have. We're going to trust you on this, so make sure you don't betray that trust. Additionally, all students start with the following items, which can be added to your inventory as you make the initial post;
• three Dorm Balls (see the Special Ball Shop) of the dorm they're entering.
• five Potions
• five Full Heals
• five Revives
• one Academy Map - a detailed map of the island and all of the places one can go.
• one Academy Pokedex - Can be used to look up basic information on wild Pokemon, such as what species they are what their Type is. More detailed information, such as the moves they can learn, what Egg Groups they're in for the purposes of breeding, and general facts will become available after they've caught the Pokemon in question. Also has second function, doubling as a student's ID; with the push of a button, information about the student, including which dorm they in and what classes they're enrolled in, can be brought up. Students are required to have this on them at all times, so make sure not to lose it or let it get damaged.
Staff members start with mostly the same items, but are given the option to replace the Dorm Balls with five Ultra Balls, and the Potions with Max Potions. Like students, Staff members must have their PokeDex on them at all times, as it doubles as their Staff ID.
