The following is a listing of open spots for special positions on the RP site, such as teachers and other staff. If you wish to play as one of the characters on here, simply make the profile. No need to get permission or anything. If more than one person posts a profile going for the same spot, I and the other staff members will look over them, and give the spot to the one we believe to be the better of the two.
No more than two spots per member, and I must request that you wait for at least three weeks between applying for two different spots. Depending on how desperately we may or may not end up needing a specific spot, I might make an exception, but that's something we'll deal with if/when it comes up. Either way, this is mainly to give new members a fighting chance at claiming a spot they might be interested in.
Last but not least, there's your Pokemon. Although each role has a specific limit on what they can give themselves, they all have the following in common;
• They may all be fully-evolved, though you're still free to keep them unevolved or, if they have one, stay in their middle stage. • Trainers in any of these positions are all treated as having completed the "Mega Evolution Test", "Z-Move Test", and "Terastalize Test" Adventures; as such, all Pokemon belonging to them may perform any of the above techniques during battle, so long as they meet all other requirements to do so. • in addition to the four moves that everyone's Pokemon can start with, they may also have two additional moves that can be anything other than a Special Move; this means they can be level-up, Egg, or TM. Additionally, the 65 BP limit does not apply to anyone in these position, so feel free to bust out with Flamethrower and Hydro Pump right off the bat. • at least two Pokemon may be given their Hidden Ability. • one Pokemon may be Shiny • at least two Pokemon may be given a Tera Type that is different from their regular Type(s). • and last but not least, though each role has a limit on how many Rare Pokemon can be in their team, someone making a character in one of these roles can give themselves as many Uncommon Pokemon as they wish, so long as they otherwise meet any requirements for that role.
Main Staff - These are fairly important, and as such, I'd like to request that we concentrate on filling these positions out first. Of course, if you absolutely have to do one of the other roles, we won't stop you. In case anyone is wondering why there's not a a Headmaster/Headmistress Position, it's because I will be playing them myself. I will also be adhering to the same Pokemon Limits as the Assistant Headmaster/Headmistress, in case anyone is wondering.
Assistant Headmaster/Headmistress This person helps the Headmistress in running the academy, usually taking care of the things that <name> cannot attend to personally. In the event that the Headmistress is somehow rendered unable to do her job, or should something come up that requires her to leave the Academy for an extended period of time, he/she will take over as Headmaster/Headmistress until she is able to return. Preferred Age: about the same age as the Headmistress, maybe slightly younger Pokemon Limits: a maximum of nine Pokemon; three may be rare. Additional: The Assistant Headmaster/Headmistress can, upon having their Application accepted, add a Keystone and one Mega Stone to their inventory; the Pokemon tied to the Mega Stone must be in their starting party. Availability: Open
Teachers Obviously, we can't have an academy without teachers. Since they're all in the same group, they all have the same requirements. Preferred Age: no younger than 25 Pokemon Limits: a maximum of nine Pokemon; three may be rare. A theme based on what class you're teaching is encouraged, but not required. Additional: All teachers can, upon having their Application accepted, add a Keystone and one Mega Stone to their inventory; the Pokemon tied to the Mega Stone must be in their starting party. Availability; Battle Tactics: Open Pokemon Coordination: Open Pokemon Breeding: Open Pokemon Technology: Open Island Navigation: Open Pokemon History: Open Gym Teacher: Open
Other Staff Members - It's not like the teachers are the only people keeping the place running. Since these aren't as important, they will all be portrayed as NPCs until someone decides to make them. Each one has a theme for their Pokemon that will be suggested to better fit their role. These are not, by any means, actually required for getting the character accepted; just thought it'd be fun.
Librarian This person is in charge of keeping order in the library, as well as making sure the shelves remain stocked. Students may, if the Librarian wishes, help them out if they want to. Preferred Age: no younger than 25 Pokemon Limits: a maximum of 6 Pokemon; two may be rare. Giving any of your Pokemon Sound-based moves is discouraged. Availability; Open
Head Chef They work in the cafeterias, preparing meals for all the students and staff on the island, and also pulls double duty as the teacher of the Cooking class. Can hire up to two other chefs. Preferred Age: no younger than 30 Pokemon Limits: a maximum of six Pokemon; two may be rare. Owning at least three Pokemon that are based on (or otherwise associated with) food in some way some way is encouraged. Availability: Open
Chefs They work in the cafeteria, and follow the instructions of the head chef. There can be two. Preferred Age: no younger than 20; preferably younger than the Head Chef, but no required. Pokemon Limits: a maximum of four Pokemon; one may be rare. Owning at least one Pokemon that are related to/based on food in some way some way is encouraged. Availability; Chef #1: Open Chef #2: Open
Head Doctor They work at the infirmary and keep it running, and are well-versed in both human and Pokemon anatomy. Usually, they leave the direct medical work for the nurses, but will step in if someone is severely injured and/or ill enough. They also have a degree in psychology, and thus pull double-duty as the school's counselor/therapist. Whenever someone, be they staff or student, is in need of some therapy (or if they simply need some advice), this is the person they come to. Preferred Age: no younger than 30 Pokemon Limits: a maximum of six Pokemon; two may be rare. Giving each of your Pokemon at least one healing move (i.e., Heal Pulse, Life Dew, etc) is encourage. Availability: Open
Nurse They work in the infirmary, and follow the instructions of the Head Doctor. They will take care of of the less serious treatments. There can be two. Preferred Age: no younger than 20; preferably younger than the Head Doctor, but not required. Pokemon Limits: a maximum of four Pokemon; one may be rare. Giving each of your Pokemon at least one healing move (i.e., Heal Pulse, Life Dew, etc) is encourage. Availability; Nurse #1: Open Nurse #2: Open
And, last but not least...
Wardens These are former students who had recently graduated from the academy themselves, and now serve as supervisors at the dorm they once attended. Here, they keep the students in line, and act as mentors. There are two per dorm; one male and one female. They were the top of their class for that dorm during the time they spent at the academy, so it's needless to say that they are fairly skilled trainers. Preferred Age: anywhere between 19 and 25 Pokemon Limits: a maximum of six Pokemon; two may be rare. Three of your Pokemon must be one of the types represented by the dorm that your character is a warden of; for example, if you make one of the Flame Wardens, then you must have one Fire-type, one Steel-type, and one Dragon-type. The rest can be whatever you want. Additional: All Wardens can choose between one of the following to add to their inventory upon having their Application accepted; • a Keystone and one Mega Stone; the Pokemon tied to the Mega Stone must be in Warden's party, and must be of one of the Types tied to the dorm they're a Warden of. • a Z-Power Ring and one Type-based Z-Crystal of one of the Types tied to the dorm that they're a Warden of.

Terra Warden (male): Open Terra Warden (female): Open
Sky Warden (male): Open Sky Warden (female): Open
Soul Warden (male): Open Soul Warden (female): Open

Anyways, that's all of them for now. May add more if the need arises, and I am always open to suggestions.
